Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date; 30-day waiting period applies. Deductible due at time of service request and is separate from the plan premium. Non-covered charges, a $10,000 annual aggregate cap, and unit and dollar amount caps apply to appliances, systems and outside lines. If you cancel after 30 days and have placed a claim, you would be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee as well as the remainder of the annual premium or the amount of the claim, whichever is less. Subject to sales tax where applicable; not available in all states.
